Summercon is one of the oldest hacker conventions, and the longest running such conference in America. It helped set a precedent for more modern "cons" such as H.O.P.E. and DEF CON, although it has remained smaller and more personal. Summercon has been hosted in cities such as Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C., Austin, Las Vegas, and Amsterdam.

Speaker Updates

May 7th, 2015

The Speakers and Presentations section has been updated with more info. Kelly Lum, Zach Lanier, Patroklos Argyroudis, and Billy Rios have been added as speakers. Check out the Presentations section for info on their talks. The Schedule section has also been updated but like before, it's probably subject to a bit of juggling.

Early April Updates

We've started finalizing the line-up and put up a couple of speakers and their presentations. We've also settled on a schedule format. We're happy to announce that Collin Mulliner, Corey Kallenberg, Dino Dai Zovi, and Charlie Miller will be a part of the 2015 Summercon line-up. Checkout the Speakers section for their bios, the Presentations section for some info on their talks, and the Schedule section for the menu though that is probably subject to a bit of juggling.

Time and Venue

We've finalized the time and venue for this year's Summercon. The dates are still the 17th and 18th, and the conference times will be from 12pm to 6pm at Littlefield in Brooklyn, New York. See the Conference page for more details.

CFP not
